Scope

This policy explains how Emotive Studios LLC ("Emotive Studios," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use Harmonic Burn. It applies only to this product. Any third-party service identified in this policy has its own privacy practices.

Information handled by the app

Harmonic Burn does not collect personal information for Emotive Studios. App settings and progress are stored on your device. No Emotive Studios login is required.

If the app requests access to Apple Music, it uses the permission and playback information needed to play music through Apple’s services. Harmonic Burn does not receive or store your Apple ID credentials or payment card information.

Apple Music and purchases

Apple Music playback, authorization, catalog access, and account eligibility are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s privacy policy and service terms. In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Harmonic Burn receives only the authorization, product, transaction, and entitlement information needed to provide the requested feature.

Data sharing and tracking

Harmonic Burn does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. Emotive Studios does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or track you across apps or websites.

Retention and deletion

Local app information remains on your device until you reset the relevant setting or uninstall the app. Apple Music activity and App Store purchase records are controlled by Apple and must be managed through your Apple account.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we control, and to appeal or complain about how a request is handled. Emotive Studios does not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right. Most information described as local in this policy is controlled directly through the app and your device; Emotive Studios cannot retrieve data it never receives.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request concerning information held by Emotive Studios, use the contact information below. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the information and services we operate. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Protect your device, operating-system account, exported files, and backups with appropriate access controls.

Children

Harmonic Burn is not directed to children under 13, and Emotive Studios does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the product. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information to Emotive Studios may contact us to request review and deletion.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the product, its services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through the website, the app, or another appropriate notice.
